Feathers?

I mean, I really like painting my nails.  However, in my exploration of the blogosphere, I've discovered that apparently some people are now painting feathers onto their nails.

So, um??  I guess it comes out looking kind of cool?  I don't know.  Have any of you done this to yourselves?  Please tell me how to feel about it.
